Yes, it's true. Played 12 won 12. Quite incredible eh! Flame1 is his name and here is his info:

I realize it's not too difficult when your opponent exclusively attacks neutral territories (check the game logs of Hola). Now is that coincidentally just poor tactics or is there something a lot more sinister? I suspect the latter.

But is it cheating? I feel cheated but thought you old CC hands would be more au fait with situations such as this.
