It's strange that between the 10 games is a half hour diference and both of the 10 games this happens. The also created a lot of doubles now.

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.
The reason for that should be pretty obvious: If it weren't illegal different people could give all their points to one person and make the scoreboard an abomination.
and something seems to be REALLY wrong also. Check out the number of games that he has with new players. Now i find that REALLY hard to believe that all of them would join his game like that!
My call would be either multi accounts or friends convinced to join cc and then throw the game away for assasin258's benefit.
this is clearly cheating, perhaps not against other players as such, but he his generating points and moving up the scoreboard unfairly, kind of a Krusher like, except more openly!
Throwing of games to give points to another accounts falls under the category of "gross abuse" and is basically a secret alliance, even in 2 player games. Therefore we decided on:
Premium Membership Removal for BOTH
Score Reset for Assassin258 (streetracer111 is below 1000)
