Banned from playing with someone?

I have no idea why, But I have been banned from playing a friend of mine. Will a Mod or someone please contact me and explain why this is. I have played games against them in the past. I am in Iraq right now so I haven't been online in like 5 or 6 months. I just got the internet finally and my buddy wants me to join his clan and play some matches with him and I can't. Someone please help. Is this even reversible? That would be very not cool if not.

Mods do this if an account shows suspicious activity but theres no proof that they are multis. It is reversable, you would have to appeal to the mods using an e-ticket (on the help tab at the top).
