jeez soooo awkward, hahahaha I've always been kinda smooth on AIM(which differs quite a bit from real life)
My first girlfriend I talked to permanently on AIM for a good half year before we met up and subsequently started dating.
Also there was this girl from another state who was a friend of a friend who I talked to Only on AIM for a year or so and then she told me she was in love with me(wicked creapy, mmhmm)
I'd give you like a 3/10 on that, she kinda really shut you down, although she did seem grateful for your math help.
If you really like her try having conversations face to face instead of on aim. This is just my experience as I'm much more awkward thru the internets than face to face. May just be me tho....

Haha, the bit where you said please respond made me cringe. As did the bit about needing a ride and the bit about the internet lagging and you offering to fix it. In all honesty I don't think she sounded interested but I am renowned for my pessimism and I don't know the full situation, just going from that convo. Just take it easy, don't be so forward, things will flow better. Or move on, if other conversations end up like this one and look for girls who don't perhaps have boyfriends and who may be more in your league (once again I don't know I'm just guessing from the style of the conversation).
