Yes, I am starting a doubles tournament where you the player, will pick the settings for your games. The only setting that are default and mandatory are that all games will be doubles sequential games. There will be no ranking limits but to encourage participation there will be a power pitting system arranged. So, two cadets wont be playing two majors unless it is one of the final rounds of the game. This tournament will be a 32 teams, 64 players tournament. THIS TOURNAMENT IS FOR ALL PLAYERS JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ROOM FOR TWO GAMES.

If you do not list a partner you will be paired up with someone else. Also, if you list a partner then that player will be sent a PM confiring his partcipation in the game.
How the tournament will be set up is by having two games per team one on your home settings and the other on your oppoets team settings, so you and youre partner must agree on your teams settings. If you and your teammate does not agree on the terms then both players will be notified and if a conculsion isnt reached in a timely manner your teams home settings will be that of a tiebreaker game. Which in the event of a tie, A tie breaker game will be played on the map: classics, fortifications: unlimited, cards: none. So, even if your team loses all your games, you are garunteed two games.
