Why does it even matter? If posts don't count everywhere you post, why are they still a part of the forums? shouldn't they just be erased and taken off profiles?

Personally, yes. Its isn't like they mean anything. And if they don't count all of your posts you make, then they are useless.

They could switch the counting on and off at irregular intervals and we have to try and get in as many posts as possible while they count and discuss serious topics like race, religion and american economics while they don't.
