They played Sequentially in a freestyle. Also, they clearly didn't go after undefended borders, and placed armies in places where they couldn't hurt each other.

They're mulis. They take sequential turns in freestyle games and they've played a lot of games together. They need to be investigated.

No, the point you lost are gone. Also, any games the person is currently in can be finished, so he/she may still take more points from people.
