I almost always play sequential.I prefer flat rate with unlimited fortifs.
Esc and/or chained are OK.
No cards + adjacent: sometimes but rarely.
My favorite maps are(in no particular order): classic, montreal, canada, north america, europe, siege! . Sometimes world2.1, greater china and philipines.
