Answer is that you can't change it back yourself, it's related to your... internet provider or whatever. Point is, it can't be changed manually.

It looks like one of the IPs you use thinks it's german.
This may be a work proxy system if you're logging in from the office, or it might be your ISP doing odd things.
Either way, it's not something you nor we can do anything about.
