This tourney is open for everyone but freemiums must have 3 open spots for the first round.
Tournament Setup:
Group fase: 3 games against each other country in your group
Best 2 of each group move on to the quarterfinal (8 countries left)
Quaterfinal: 1 game against 1 other country (4 countries left)
Semi Final: 1 game against 1 other country (2 countries left)
Final: 1 game against 1 other country (1 country left, the winner)
Rules:
1. Foe list are ignored, so if someone is on yours delete him from it or you will be replaced
2. Games must be joined within 48 hours. (Don't wait 47 hours please)
3. Solution for ties in group fase: I will look at past matches between the two countries
