i for one, can vouch on the behalf...or the bewhole (considering the neutrals can not defend themselves) that the neutrals play fair and have no part in this so called "dice conspiracy". It is simply chance and that is all!!!!

Yeah - all the player's with white armies have special plugins and get super amounts of armies in some maps!! and more...
