basicly the best 2(determined by the first 3 rounds) of the 32 tournament organizers will go up against the best 2(determined by the first 3 rounds) of the 32 tournament players in a doubles game...

i think you can have a link here saying "I need players for blah blah" and link to your page in the create/join... but having the actual sign ups here is a nono i belive lol
