teamwork rating change

I've been thinking about a minor tweak that would be nice on the teamwork rating area. I feel as though the team you played against should not have the option to rate you. although minor, this is a current issue i have. my teamwork rating is a 3.0 because 2 guys on the other team thought i had bad teamwork, but they didn't even know what our strategy was or whether or not we were communicating like a team. I think only people on your team should be allowed to rate you because they know what you were doing right and wrong as far as teamwork goes.

Maybe its so opponents can tell how well you worked with your opponent? Although people will be sore loosers sometimes and leave bad ratings just because they lost, it will happen to all the other asspects they can rate you in. And if you are good it will eventually even out and not drag your rating down much.
