By the way, that second game is not "severe PM abuse". PMs go to your "Inbox" the player was harassing you via game chat.

Muddybears and taylor18 are cleared of being multis with each other.

As for any pm abuse, you could put the player in question in your foes list and filter out the pm's coming from that list.
