I think a baseball stadium would be cool to have and Yankee Stadium is OK although it would likely fall lower on my list (Wrigley and Fenway would both top it). Would you be looking at it pre or post rennovation? You could put players at the various positions so that instead of a tert saying RF it could say Babe Ruth.

If you did Yankee Stadium, you'd have to factor in the limited mobility of the bleacher seats. You cannot access, say, the seats behind home plate from the bleacher seats unless you're willing to run across the field or leave the stadium entirely.

You could possibly put a concessions in both the main stands and the bleachers that join up.

I've had a map idea on my mind. I came in here and saw this thread. I was thinking of an all stadium/ballpark map. it would be a map of usa and include all pro teams. bonuses could be having all of one cities sites, and be decided by how many teams there are in that city.

I had a great idea for a baseball map once :D (its locked away in a folder, never to see the light of day probably)

but my idea for it had been that like batter can 1 way attack 1st, and can bombard any base/outfield, pitcher can attack batter/catcher, catcher can attack pitcher/umpires, umpires can 1 way attack any base and the batter, 1st and 3rd can attack the dugouts, dugouts can attack an adjacent bleacher, and so on so forth :D

oh, and any base/shortstop can attack the pitcher, and outfield can attack the closest people (center field can attack shortstop/2nd base, left field can attack 3rd base and shortstop, and right field can attack 2nd/first) but cannot attack each other :D

oh and there could be like a ring around the field of different territories to get to different sections of the bleachers, and there could be like little resteraunt bonuses :D

Another way to deal with the limited access from the bleachers, if you do Yankee Stadium, would be to put a one way path from the bleachers to, say, the seats behind home plate. You could have those territs lose one army per turn to simulate the effect of being chased by security.

I thinlk it would be a great idea im not really a yankee fan but Yankee stadium is historic and i really like putting historice people in all the positions. You could also have away cheering zones and negative on army if you hold it.Also if it were multiflor you could have first floor attac any first floor ection and yo coul ave stairs and the ony way to get down or up is if you own the stairs.
