If I have a friend who plays this, come over to my house stays for a few days he will need to acess this game or lose his turns...Will two accounts on one IP be considered cheating?

Yeah, avoid matches with each other and clear it with lack. You should be a-ok.
I was a major back when 1600 was major. Now that I'm back, I get to easily win a bunch of games to get my rank. Thank the 'tards here who suck at this game.
