Comments: they even admit it in chat, borders left at one, others players eliminated before they take on each other. i usually wouldnt bother but even after hearing the rules, no appology or attempt to make good.

The game chat can suggest that they probably had an alliance but not really clearly. If you feel they had a secret diplomacy in this game, feel free to leave the proper ratings for them. This shall be noted for future reference.
