scoring?

I can't for the life of me figure out how the points are determined when a game ends. For example. i was the last player eliminated from a game in round 16 yet i lost more points then another player who was eliminated in round 4. Why is that? How does the the point system work and it is possible to post them somewhere?

Conquer Club members are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.
