it's not cheating or a bug that he isn't getting kicked out of the game because you can only be kicked out when you miss three consecutive turns, but it's a really annoying thing to do so foe him and leave "appropriate" ratings when you finish the game

Well as soon as I mentioned in the game chat that I was reporting him on the forums, he decided to stop doing it and got booted from the game. Yeah, i'm definitely blocking him.
