No idea. Here are the posibilities...

1) Premium has run out becuase a year has indeed passed since you purchased it...
2) Premium has been taken away becuase you have been convicted of cheating or abusing...
3) Lack messed up his end...

The solution... I would suggest you submit an e-ticket. E-tickets are found here (scroll down.)
