I think for the people who cannot read and fill out the correct form, mayhaps Lack should impose a ban, and not just a chat ban, a 24 hour ban from the entire site, and cause them to lose their turns. This might teach people how to read and fill out the goddamn form.

please do not do that...24hrs....how about 2...i can survive that...i only filled out the form wrong once...now that i see it I felt stupid, but its easy to miss too.....i know im going to get bashed for that...on the other hand if i had to check these i would be more than annoyed....
