Running out of time during a turn [Answered]

Question: If you run out of time on your turn, however during that turn you have conquered a territory, do you receive 'the precious' (aka spoils)?

sorry if this has been answered before, I didn't easily find anything in the forum search

If you run out of time you do not get any spoils.
