I'm going to say as multis, I think they'll be cleared. I could be wrong but their moves are taken a fair amount of time apart. A simple IP check with these accounts will tell if they are multis. Also as for Secret Diplomacy, everything is in game chat, no secret diplomacy when it's in game chat.

yanewa hasn't played many games and QuitoKommando is in a quarter of them. You might be on to something. Awaiting and IP test.

As far as being a multi with one another, QuitoKommando and yanewa are cleared. As for a possible secret diplomacy, the game chat did not started off nicely for this game, which would have probably made them defensive. Being defensive does not necessarily mean they are already guilty of a secret diplomacy. This is noted.
