City Mogul - Misunderstanding? [Answered]

Hey there,
I thought one way you could win City Mogul was by owning CC Manor and the Mall...i did that by accumulating a number of troops on a subway and took them both in one swoop...but the game did not end...
I must be missing something but I cant tell as the objective seems straightforward enough (own cc manor and mall)

Objectives need to be held for a whole round - if you're still holding it at the beginning of your next turn you'll win. Otherwise you'll have to try and take it again
