Notice of wrongdoing

I play speed rounds all the time. Today I joined several and the person didn't play any of them. Why did I get a notice and what should I do about it?

Nice attempt at a cover-up.

You always join 5 1v1 speeders at once, I'm sure you had no idea that he was going to deadbeat.
