Mine sugestion is that instead imediatly permabaning player from CC,give chance to people realised where is made a mistakes.If you doing something very bad,then you get 7 days out of CC, and every time when you cause a problems get 7 day out of CC. I think that this is much fair option,instead permaban. That way you can give people chance to become better,to fix hes behaviour,and to start enjoy in games.
Ofcoure if player after that again create any problems,then can be punish with 14 days out of CC,and last if he again cause some problem,then will get Total permaban.

I think that this will be much fair to people.

I think that CC should have some sort of form of parole (Of course asking for a parole officer might be asking a little to much) so that forum banned members who behave themselves after a certain period of time are allowed to return to the forums for good behavior.

Forum vacations are the punishment, then they break the parole and receive perma. The parole system is kind of in place without the officer. I think the other ideas are better around this idea.

Unless someone is electronically sabotaging the site, I disagree with permabans, period.

If whoever continues to be a nuisance, he/she could just keep getting short vacas. Eventually he/she will grow up or get tired of the game of earning vacas.

You really need to do some better facts checking qwert, the current system works along those lines and has done so for years.

i belive that current system not work like i say-current sistem give you permanent ban from forum,not from games. I dont belive that you have limited ban from everything.

Yea you are probably right on the site ban part. Though to get a perma ban (site or forum) you will either have had a lot of prior warnings or you will have committed an offence that always will result in a perma ban (multi etc). I really don't see where your suggestion makes much difference from the situation today.
