My partner was kicked out

My partner in game 5362195 has just been kicked out for violating rules, lettergod. This is the second game we are playing together and he seemed to be a good player and nothing seemed to be suspicious about him. Can I ask why in cheating and abuse forum? This has me very confused because he seemed like a straight up player and I didn't see anything about him in C&A forum.

If it was a public bust it would be in C&A, but if it were in the random sweeps they do, nothing would be said. Also, the admin do not like disclosing info about those who have been punished if it is not already in the forum. There is also the possibility that an e-ticket was submitted, and he/she was busted that way.
