ok, it isnt actually a rule, it is just bad practice. Unless it happens to an extreme, you will be told to foe them and rate accordingly. So here goes:

Also, if they were multies, would there be any reason to have 2 of them premium accounts

What would be the logical reason of why would desmondl08 and TheOtherOne choose team 3 to win the game? Team 3, in this case even has lower ranks, which means they would lose more points if they win. Red and green did what they could to team 3 but they just didn't had it in this game. Residing to their fate, they most probably didn't care on who wins the game and just wanted it to end as soon as possible.
