After discussing this with the webmaster, although what happened was a mistake coming from our side, all those games that got affected with jefjef will all still be taken as it is.
The webmaster is already making the necessary adjustments to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Again, we apologize if the outcome of your game has been severely affected. We know it is unfair and your understanding for this incident is greatly appreciated.

As King Achilles mentioned, we are going to change the function of one our disciplinary tools, so this should prevent anything like this happening in the future, as only Admins will have access to the necessary level of website vacations that kick the user out of the game.
Once again, we regret our mistake, and hopefully this fix will keep it from happening again.

CC tells us it they are taking/have taken measures to insure us that it will not happen again. (Another step in place before web bans are instituted)
