I suspect that the SFX! cheating. For there was a game where I was eliminated, but I still had all my country and I had not been attacked. So how could it happen??

That's an assassin game.

As ManBugalow has stated this is an assassin game. First person to eliminate their target wins the game. SFX! was the first to do so and has won the game.
