his absence has been a nuisance in more then just this game for other users. Not being online to take your turn doesn't automatically constitute cheating. Life does happen outside CC. However I will mark this pending and run an IP check for you to check if they are multis.

As for a secret diplomacy this is Cleared, it would take more of a trend to warrant a Warning or a Block.
