2013-02-09 03:15:20 - Hugiboo: This is the genuine Game 4. The other one will have no effect on the tournament.
2013-02-12 23:27:58 - caesarmik: well that blows.
2013-02-15 09:22:55 - Donelladan: loose canon, peace in north?
2013-02-16 18:39:49 - curiousone1: Loose cannon, we are in the same faction mate. The faction scoring still applies in these rounds
2013-02-16 18:40:20 - curiousone1: At least, I have been assuming that it does and that this matters with outcomes?
2013-02-16 23:55:17 - Donelladan: arno fro don
2013-02-16 23:55:41 - Donelladan: pas vu que c'était trench, j'étais parti tuer gris
2013-02-17 16:44:15 - BIGBLOO: Are you drunk or something pink? i hand you an easy 2 point takedown and you pass it up for 3 rounds?
2013-02-18 18:19:53 - curiousone1: Not following you there blue. Where was the 2 point takedown?
2013-02-18 23:51:31 - BIGBLOO: Apologies - 1 point. Killing a member of a different faction.
2013-02-18 23:53:32 - BIGBLOO: I can't kill him he is in my faction. you get penalised for killing a "compatriot" - but rewarded for killing an enemy
2013-02-18 23:57:25 - BIGBLOO: I admit..... I had alterior motives - I wanted a territory, but not at a cost to the overall game.
2013-02-19 19:54:24 - Hugiboo: curiousone1: you are correct; faction scoring still applies
2013-02-19 23:00:14 - caesarmik: caesarmik would like to lodge a protest, seeing that I was eliminated from the 2 games that counted and won the two that didn't...
2013-02-20 06:01:34 - Hugiboo: that's why I said don't do too well on those games... I told you that would happen
2013-02-21 03:48:53 - Hugiboo: Points for game 4:
2013-02-21 03:51:09 - Hugiboo: grady12345: 13
2013-02-21 03:51:17 - Hugiboo: curiousone1: 5
2013-02-21 03:51:23 - Hugiboo: donelladan: 4
2013-02-21 03:51:29 - Hugiboo: Loose Canon: 3
2013-02-21 03:51:38 - Hugiboo: BIGBLOO: 5
2013-02-21 03:51:46 - Hugiboo: caesarmik: 0
2013-02-21 03:51:52 - Hugiboo: mr_chopper: 0
2013-02-21 03:51:58 - Hugiboo: HOWITZERHAL: 2
2013-02-21 11:48:01 - BIGBLOO: Sorry?? Can you please recheck the points?
2013-02-21 19:37:23 - Hugiboo: Points for grady & yourself are accurate
2013-02-21 19:38:25 - Hugiboo: Grady got 4 battle sites & 2 naval battles @ 2 points ea = 12 points + 1 Capital = 13 points
2013-02-21 19:38:58 - Hugiboo: You got 3 Capitals @ 1 point ea + 2 points for connected empire = 5 points
2013-02-21 19:40:31 - Hugiboo: As member of the winning faction, you don't get points for your battle sites & naval battles; if Grady had won for example, he would have only got 7 points, while you being on a losing faction would have moved up to 13 points
2013-02-21 19:41:45 - Hugiboo: I'm aware of the problems this poses (ie. making it worthwhile to lose), but like I said earlier, I didn't feel it was right to change rules in the middle of the tournament
2013-02-21 19:43:01 - Hugiboo: As I was worried that the rules might end up being unbalanced (hard to know without testing them with real players to see how they would play), I included the immunity game to give a chance to anyone, no matter their position, to advance to the next round
2013-02-21 19:44:09 - Hugiboo: Thanks for your feedback though, as I plan to revamp the rules to make this game concept more logical & fun for all.
