2011-08-22 07:36:23 - General Roy: May the battle begin!
2011-08-22 17:22:46 - dazzla35: Not much of a battle mate - gg
2011-08-22 17:24:41 - General Roy: I see. You must have had some terrible dice. I mean, a 21 troop strong stack should have done some inroads in my position.
2011-08-22 17:24:50 - General Roy: Must have been rather infuriating.
2011-08-22 17:27:28 - General Roy: Or perhaps you had even 24 troops in the stack. Then you could have expected about 18 troops after the attack on my 8 troops stack.
2011-08-22 17:27:47 - dazzla35: It happens to me alot. The 21 was reduced to about 8 and I still hadn't made any inroads. The defending dice were 6, 6, 6 and erm more 6's
2011-08-22 17:28:42 - dazzla35: What was worse was the 3 v 1 rolls where the defending die kept matching the highest of my 3
2011-08-22 17:31:17 - General Roy: I usually try to avoid 3v1, as the chance of success is down to 75% or so. 4v1 gives a probability of success of better than 90%.
2011-08-22 17:33:40 - General Roy: But now 6v1 ended up at 3v1, so at least you had some dice in your favour. Too late, probably, though.
2011-08-22 17:36:10 - dazzla35: This game is away. I have thought that using the "Laws of Probability" would help win games, but there's little you can do when the defence rolls 6's continually...
2011-08-22 17:37:26 - General Roy: That is definitely true, of course.
2011-08-22 17:39:36 - General Roy: Have seen better dice.
2011-08-22 18:25:10 - dazzla35: gg
2011-08-22 18:26:22 - General Roy: Don't know if you have a set. If not, then this should be over the next turn.
2011-08-22 18:26:39 - General Roy: If you have, it may take a couple of turns more before this is finished.
2011-08-22 18:26:57 - General Roy: I'm sorry that the dice were so much against you in this game, though.
2011-08-22 18:27:16 - dazzla35: Got one now, too little too late. At least you're through, I am doing better in the other games I joined
2011-08-22 18:27:18 - General Roy: I had a set, so this should be it.
2011-08-22 18:27:29 - General Roy: Thanks for being a good sport.
2011-08-22 18:27:41 - General Roy: I'm glad to hear that things go better in your other games.
