Battle of Waterloo issue

*ponder*... is it intentional that I cannot fortify off the artilery? in game http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=1647448, I deployed on M04, meaning to take napolean, of course I didn't realise I could -ONLY- bombard until I read again carefully... but now I can't get those armies -off- the artierly, since it only had defend only boundaries...

Maybe we need a "fortify only" border... so you can fortify but not attack?

Thoughts? or is this actually a bug in the map?

Nor can I fortify thought it in a chain... since there are no borders there... :(

It is, They ONLY bombard, to borrow from the legend's wording.

Moving to discussion, although this should probably be in the Waterloo topic.

But shouldn't you be able to fortify through them? it would make sense, (tho I suppose not possible with current XML settings).

What do you think of a <fortify> only border?
