Army Circle Problem

Ok, i read Widows Army Circle thread but i can't figure out how to make it, i have photo shop but i can't seem to make it.

i also tryed copying one of the circles but when i try to get rid of the red theres no army circle left, so if someone will help me please do.

try filling the circles with a different color, and THEN removing the Red, so you will be left with colored circles.

Fill the white with something else, such as black or green.
Then remove the red and the text and everything you don't want.

then change the colored circle to whatever color you want.

there are 2 ways that i know of.
1. with the layer with the circles selected, change "opacity" on the layers menu to something smaller.
2. Use the eraser with a large, soft brush. be gentle, and you can partially erase it, but it is difficult to be consistent doing it this way.

Also, you can just use a hard round brush set to a reduced opacity. I think that's probably the simplest and fastest way.
