i thought it would be great to list all them since if you want to use them you have to search in that sticky all the time

Lack? What happens if that territory is down to 1 and the bonus is negative?

Neutral 1? Or it stops happening at 1 (or 2) 2 would be more fair as that's the best defense spreader?

Guys we already have a topic for new xml. I just happened to notice this and read it. If the negative bonus is more than what you've got, it will stop at 1 army. But let's keep the discussion in the sticky.
