I don't mind the moved circles, but the circles need to stay dark IMO.

No but colorblind people have always complained of it being difficult.

Many more people complained about the brightness of the circles today than have ever complained about the darkness of them. Dark blends nicely with the map; light it tacky and stands out in an ugly way. I'm sure if/when it's ever retouched, maybe a fair compromise can be found.

The problem with todays map was the unexpected change and the lack of reaseach in how to achieve what was needed. I have had the PSD file sent to me and with a few quick experiments have mangaged to see the potential in white circles.

However for the time being the old map will stay.

teh revamp definitely looks better. very clean and easy to read. the country names are easier to read, army circles are positioned better and i like the light army shadows to dark.

my 2 cents into the jar.

Obviously I wasn't talking to you gimil. And a lot of people requested it. And there's always more than one way to solve a problem.

a lot of people hated it, but a lot of them were also saying that all you needed was to make the circles less bright and they would be happy. they also liked where the circles got moved to. me? i loved it, very clean and easy to read
