Suggestion - community run help sticky

I suggested it a while ago but i might as well bring it up again. Ive noticed that there have been alot of calls of help to make maps, eg. the thread about texturing, the thread about help with the code, the thread about how to make mountains. There have also been calls for help in individual map threads. Maybe there should be a sticky where members can pose questions and get answers on the making of a map. It would also prevent questions being repeatedly asked and would help avoid fatal flaws in map making, eg. when KevinC told me in the philippines map forum that a paint brush should have been used instead of a hard line pencil to make outlines. As it would be community run, there would not be that much extra work for Andy.

My problem is that I have some nice maps, and ideas for maps, but can't work it out, only some small paint job I can do, further is above me
