NEW WORLD MAP

Postby Dangerous-Die on Sun Jun 08, 2008 4:07 pm

As some of you lot may know, i have not been a fan of all of your 'modifications' and indeed i think that 20% of the maps you generate are crazy (ie not funny crazy but just crazy)!

However, the new map called NEW WORLD is in my opinion the BEST MAP on CC. So whoever made it - i tip my hat to you.

I also tip my hat to all cartographers, just wish some of you would get out into the real world abit more often

Where did you get the idea that we don't get out in the real world much?
Awesome map graphics are easy to make. Theres plenty of free time to do other stuff.

The general idea of this map is good; however, it really favours those with a European base on start up. Although they have to go through some initally higher resistance in the neutral territories, they extra bonus for the landing area completely makes up for this within 2 to 3 rounds; can another bonus be available somehow to the North American originating places?

i find it to be really the opposite

with the homlands you can expand loads and get ~ a +10deployment on 2nd turn, whereas you cant get that very well in europeans...
