I've known him for always trying to fill up awaiting games especially those that have been in waiting for a long period of time. I don't think he is creating games with complicated settings to lure new recruits so he could farm them. With this report, I this also serves as an eye opener that you can be reported for NR farming. I can only suggest to diversify your games and let others join the NR games as what you have been doing for this month of April so far.
