He then deliberately deadbeated the game, he said in the chat :

so you got the points, and now want to cry? He was rude and petty. You have premium, and can play as many games as you want. You don't need to wait for itty bitty ukey to finish to sleep at night. He is merely hurting his turns taken percentage. How has this hurt you? Aside from your ego feeling ignored.

Yeah unfortunately it still isn't tolerated. Same with deadbeating a speed game that's 100% lost. Do it enough and zeus will be reporting you.
