- To reward quicker wins, I suggest a multiplicative factor in determining the points lost and points gained. The multiplicative factor would be higher for quicker wins.
- How the multiplicative factor varies with the round number could be different for different map sizes and for different number of players.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- Presently, many games get bogged down in long stalemates. While there is an option of round-limited games, I believe the incentive of gaining more points would lead to quicker and more interesting games.
