Two player freestyle

Postby mrswdk on Sat Oct 31, 2015 2:20 pm

When playing 1v1 freestyle, if someone misses their go then the other player should be allowed to take their turn at the start of the next round, not forced to wait for either 12 hours of for the turn misser to come back.

I'm playing someone who has gone absent, and it has currently been 26-27 hours since I took my last turn. Seems dumb that I have to keep waiting. All this does is allow him to get away with missing turns without suffering any kind of penalty.

you know.. i don't know all the changes they made to freestyle, but they sure did f*ck it all kinds of super up... yes, the site super fucked freestyle and in the process created a mass exodus. it has been suggested so many times, to just put the rules back to where they were... just do it... get it over with and send out an email in an effort to regain all those we lost in the exodus...-Jésus noir

Regardless of changes, why is anyone playing two player freestyle?

I play 2 player freestyle because I hate freestyle. 2 player freestyle, trench, escalating is as close as I can get to sequential. So I slowly work on my freestyle medal, without essentially playing it. That's my reason.

Some free players like to play real time; 1v1 freestyle is generally the quickest game they can play. It used to be more common before, y'know, freestyle got demolished.

It's a shame really. Freestyle was the original setting for Conquer Club. Sequential never even existed in the beginning.
