Remove Freestyle Delay in Manual Games

The freestyle delay is actually way more important in manual games than it is in automatic games in basically any 1 vs 1 game as the person who deploys first gets to choose if they want to attack for stacks or not. If they removed this feature it would give a huge advantage to the person joining the game so would suggest not doing so.
