'Ran out of time' after attack success should = spoil

Concise description:
  • If a player starts their turn, successfully attacks but runs out of time, a spoil should still be still be awarded automatically.

Specifics/Details:
  • I don't think I can explain it any better than above.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • Makes it fairer to all who miss out on spoils simply because their internet dropped out or they received a phone call. Also makes it closer to actual Risk game-play.

The question I have is, how long and intense are your phone calls that you can't quick click "end"? You have an hour to finish your turns. Unless you mean speed games. In which case, just no.
