We have already received official disciplinary action "Warning" for what we have done. At that time it was precedent ruling about the case so we were punished for what was not previously written in rules but only after our case. At that time we didn't know it was against rules because nobody was punished for breaking that kind of rules before us. After we were punished we never again did similar kind of breaking rules. If you feel we are still making account sitting abuse then report us and if you prove it then we will receive further disciplinary action, 1 month ban. I can tell you that, for example, not a single turn was sat by my clan in games vs TOP while our opponents sat 5 turns in only one round.
However, now the same account sitting abuse was used by TOP clan against our clan. Therefore, if we were punished in past for doing so then we want moderators to protect us and punish TOP who are repeatedly breaking rules in games against us.
It seems like you are already scared playing versus us as you faced strong beating by us in POLY tournament 29-11 No matter If you play or not versus us, final result will anyway be more or less the same because your clan is the weakest in the League and therefore already placed in the last place
Also, if your stance is that you are not playing vs clan who broke rules in past then you could state that before the League began. Outcome of our account sitting abuse happened about 3-4 years ago.
Oh yeah, the poly tournament lol. I don't really care about that, much like the 1v1 competition. My issue is that old habits seem to be arising, if what is being said is true, and the ordeal with generally abusing the system and trying to circumnavigate rules, rather than just abide by them, doesn't sit well for me, when really I'd rather face trustworthy clans in good-natured, competitive games.
I get that some might not be the biggest fans of S&M, KoRT, TSM, Josko or any combination thereof, but talk about inserting yourself into the drama. The only thing that iAmCaffeine is achieving by this is creating even more drama. Play, or don't. But take it directly to the people in charge, instead of this nonsense.
I just hope there is drama (the "who is going to win this league kind" not the arguing over the rules kind) when we face S&M in week 11. So there it is - call me someone who courts drama or what not, but that is my wish. Of course we want to win and we'd rather win before week 11, but I don't see that as realistic, but I do think its realistic that we could head into the last week with a shot to win as could S&M.
I am a little confused at this point! I thought Lindax had emphatically asked everyone to stop talking about the subject which seems to be still at the focal point of this discussion. He even made specific reference to negative consequences for individual members and their clans. I am not trying to be funny here or sarcastic. I would just like some clarification on whether we can discuss this or not.
I will say this, TOP has not knowingly committed any violations of any kind whatsoever....ever! We try very hard to be honest and also honorable. We prefer to believe this about everyone else also! This is why we have not filed any report or made any specific accusations to date.
I also agree that if you feel a clan is committing a violation, it should be discussed with the other clan first and then reported to the TO if not resolved. Forfeiting games does not seem to be a rational approach to remedying a potential conflict between 2 clans.
I sincerely hope we can all compose ourselves and continue to compete vigorously while having fun at a game we enjoy.
BTW....anyone know when the Standings might be updated?
I'm not going to make my clan forfeit any games. We'll play against S&M. I was just taking some weak minds to a crossroads. Whoever gets that joke, I will make sure to go 0-16 for you.
Paula, you'll be at 17 after 5 weeks. We'll be at 15 (with an outside chance of 16), S&M will be at 14. LHDD and Fallen 13 (with an outside chance of 12). OSA 12.

Nobody should be confused.
Very clear requests / instructions were left here with warnings. As a clan team we have 2 choices. 1) lock the thread (which hasn't worked well in the past, and punished everyone rather than those involved) and 2) make note of those who blatantly ignore the warnings and continue discussion on a topic after the warnings have been made and act accordingly.
Lindax runs the event and is busy currently. People shouldn't take advantage of it just bcuz he's not here slamming the hammer down. If people ignore the requests & warnings, they should expect the team to act accordingly. If Lindax decides to cut everyone a break then I guess everyone can thank him at that point. But currently, nothing has changed from when Lindax, Keefie, and then my own posts telling people to take it elsewhere.
If you want to clarify something I would suggest PMing the team rather than bringing up what has been warned about just cuz everyone else is and thinking nothing will happen.

Oh boy, I wasnāt going to make a huge deal out of people posting stuff here that shouldnāt be posted here, however, I will make a big deal out of people blatantly ignoring requests, directions and warnings by the TO and others from the CD Team.
Following IcePackās post I will regard this as noted for now. From now on official warnings will be given and if they are ignored, your clan may end up with an infraction. Not to mention the other measures the CD Team has available.
If you are confused or not sure if you should post whatever you would like to say, itās likely that this thread is not the proper place. Below youāll see the relevant posts by the CD Team about this:
No worries, we'll play against S&M. This will be our last time in the Clan League however. Also Lindax, you're ignoring me on the forums and your wall now or what?
R6 - S&M vs TOP: TOP players nibotha and FreeFalling123 committed account sitting abuse. First warning issued to TOP, one game will be remade/replayed.
TOP also received a warning for excessive account sitting during CL8 games. This warning is included in the first warning above.

Yes, they do. Below a reminder of how to label the games. Please follow these instructions and refrain from getting creative:
Game Creation Labels
The 1st Clan Contacts, and some 2nd Clan Contacts, have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2016 [CL8] Premier Division". For your home games label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is ATL against OSA, so ATL should create their home games with the following label: R1 ATL vs OSA The second set is the OSA home games and the label should be: R1 OSA vs ATL
Thanks,
Lx
Okay. Just wondering why this isn't being adhered to by all the clans.
Hi, can we not overlook this just because the annual S&M sitting abuse is taking place about now?
The infractions section in the OP has been updated:
R7 - FALL vs PACK: FALL did not post and fill home games in time. First warning issued. R7 - PACK vs FALL: PACK did not post and fill home games in time. Final warning issued.
