Yes, that's what I'm saying. <sigh> And tournament games should, in my opinion, fall under the same constraint.

What woodruff is saying is that there is no mechanism on the site that stops a sitter from doing that, or any other thing. It IS against the rules, but the only way they can be enforced is after the fact.

The rule to allow sitters joining tourney games is good. I wouldn't call for change just because of a hi profile sitting abuse case. There just isn't any where close to enough instances of issues to call for change.
