Usergroup leaders need more power.

I need the power of deleting/closing threads in my group. When I start a thread about a new member, and it gets 3 pages deep. I need to delete that thread before I let him in. Plus I have like 30+ people in my group, and it would make things easier. Maybe I can make someone in my group a mod of the group as well.
