Start game early (tournaments only)

Concise description:

• An option for tournament organizers to start a game before it is full.

Specifics/Details:

• Many times a tournament will have players drop out or ignore invitations. This often results in the tournament organizer dropping the existing game, and re-sending out invites to the active players. This slows down the tournament, especially when waiting for the 8th player to join a game, having the invitation expire, dropping & recreating the game, then sending out 7 new invites, and waiting for all 7 players to join again.
  
• I emphasize that this would be for tournaments only. I don't want to see this abused by players starting 8-player games, then starting the game as soon as 1 person joins. The generic "Start Early" button was suggested several months ago, but I see this as a separate request.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• This will make tournaments more efficient for the organizers, and less frustrating for the players who are stuck waiting for their games to start.

I completely agree with this, it would save a lot of time and hassle for Tournaments. I'm not sure how much coding it would take, but it certainly is something to be looked towards.

Great idea, just the only thing it it doesn't really solve is the problem for team tournament games, where one or more members of one team don't join or arre too slow in joining.
