Points earned and lost are determined by the quality of your opponents. Beat low ranked or lose to high ranked people and the point transfers are small. Beat high ranked opponents or lose to low ranked people and the point transfers are large.
I looked at your most recent games and there's good reason you get so little on your wins. You play at most 3 faction games, whether by standard or team games. I don't see why you mention 4 faction games in your example when you haven't played one greater than 3 since about 14 games ago which probably predates your examples. (Also, if the wins you are talking about are your triples games than there's good reason for your small winnings. High ranked allies reduce the amount of points the team gets for winning if the team's combined ranking is significantly higher than the opponents. The price you pay for good allies or bad opponents.)
The more opponents you have, the greater your winnings when you win because your chances of winning go down.
Example: Assume all players are of equal rank. When there's only 3 factions there's a 33% chance to win but a 200% return for winning. For 6 faction games = 16.7% chance to win but 500% return. However, the amount lost is the same in all games no matter how many enemies you have. If your example wins were both triples than you had a 50% chance of winning and got a return of 100% each, making you just about break even over 4 games (point differential was due to quality of foes).
(x + x - x - x) = 0
Edit: Too slow.
